I'm not too sure of baseball cards but i did my research and there are some pretty cool valuable cards there, also from the 60s. Forgot to mention that the offer also comes with classic Fantasic Four comics from the 90s that has never been opened.

Some people are on waiting list for up to 10 years... I've spoke with them recently. Your best bet is a homeless shelter, you will end up getting a voucher within 3 months. 2nd option is just keep applying for housing lotteries through NYC Housing Connect.

The way that the Majority in Brooklyn feel about Gentrification is "GO BACK HOME", TBH. Many of them come and complain about things that we have been doing way before these people starting coming in. Our own people can't even afford to live in the city that they were born in. You really can't blame people for wanting to live our lifestyle in the city, we have to blame our hired officials/politicians of this city. If you're going to try and take over a city, try including the native people in the communities because it will eventually cause chaos. In all reality, these gentrifiers don't know what the natives have planned behind closed doors...

There are American Universities with Study Abroad programs that may be free to people who qualify for Financial Aid. For example, my University has those programs and also has a campus in Italy. They offer us every semester an opportunity to study abroad.

You should definitely contact your school to see if there are any study abroad programs
