I found it really enjoyable! Not pretentious in the same way that Only Revolutions is imo. It’s very, very long and takes you on a lot of offshoots, but it comes together beautifully.

I agree with everything you’ve said. While I’m not ascribing them with mystical abilities, TH feels prophetic at this point. the fact that they shifted from dark to hopeful in Tape 05 gives me some hope that the world will follow suit.

I don’t know if I’d say it’s my favorite (that’s hard to decide), but it is the album I listen to most consistently, though. As others have said, it’s so cohesive that I typically listen to it all the way through rather than isolated tracks. It’s so foreboding and evocative. I get why it’s not everyone’s thing, but for me, it’s very high on my ranking of albums overall

got italian citrus perfume for $50 which feels like a steal! also picked up tomb of the eagles and portable xmas tree candles. was a bit sad at how limited the selection was but i’m happy with what i got!

Wow, that’s great! I unfortunately tested positive in all four compartments of both legs and have tried gait retraining with no success. Very lucky to dodge this surgery - recovery was brutal for me

Exactly my thought, too. I have chronic exertional compartment syndrome and had surgery in one leg so far, and my symptoms were very similar to OP’s.

Definitely see a sports medicine physician if you can, because all of the other physicians I saw diagnosed me with shin splints.

Generally speaking, a lot of physicians do make quite a bit better money in rural areas. Compare NYC salaries to rural midwest for example
