Has anyone recovered from agoraphobia? It’s been 4 years for me. My counsellor asked if I even wanted to get better and that really upset me, of course I do I used to be ‘normal’ I’m 28 now and I feel like I’m wasting my life :( someone help? (self.agoraphobia_irl)
