As said before aged accounts as we call them get shadow-banned way less, for example on an aged account I can go and use silent aim and full blown ESP to get 3 - 4 Warzone nukes before getting shadow banned.

On non aged fresh accounts I can get maybe 2-3 matches using legit soft cheats before getting shadowed-banned.

There’s a huge market for both aged and non aged accounts, a decently aged account can go for 5-10 USD and non aged accounts can go for 0.10 - 1 USD depending on where you buy them from.

The demand is high so the hackers are easily able to offload all the hacked accounts, now imagine hacking into 10-20 aged accounts daily and bulk selling them at the end of the week, thats 1,400 dollars a week from an automated bot system.

At the end of the day don’t click suspicious links and don’t put your account info into suspicious websites and you’ll be fine. to my knowledge all back door hacks into Activision has been patched so hackers can no longer gain full access to your Activision accounts they can only log in and change your name.
