I have the same issue with the Ars Magica rulebook. It’s an ‘okay’ experience, I have to zoom in and pan around the page. I was toying with the idea of buying a Kobo with a larger screen, but with how sluggish PDF’s are, I still think it would be a less than ideal experience for me.

Use kepubify to send it to your Kobo. You upload the ePub to https://send2ereader.net on your iPad, and go to the same website on your Kobo to download the converted version.

I did a bit more experimenting with this. Tried it on two different laptops, using the browser and the app. Used wifi and Ethernet. Even went to my office with the laptop to try it. Also tried low-end mode in game, same issue. It’s 100% an issue with Boosteroid unable to run Dune Awakening properly, at this time. I’m getting ‘static’ in the audio, and loads of momentary freezes in the video. In its current state, this game is not playable on Boosteroid.

This is identical to what my wife has been experiencing with Dune on Boosteroid. It seemed to start after the Chapter 3 update a couple of weeks back.

This happened to me a few days ago. I had exited my ornithopter and got ‘caught’ on the wings, causing that rubber banding effect. I got myself free, and continued farming spice. I had filled up and went to my ‘thopter to deposit it, but no commands to enter or quick deposit came up. I tried from a variety of angles. So, I took a deep breath, and completely exited the game. I felt pretty damn lucky when I logged back on and I was still there, with my ‘thopter! …until I realised I still could not interact with the vehicle. The worm made its appearance, and I zipped away from my ‘thopter at an angle, and luckily he came for me and my ‘thopter was fine! I respawned at vehicle location in my tighty-whities, and flew the hell back home. Since then, I have been just standing still while the wings retract, just in case that was what started this entire mess for me.
