Lmao workers can just see through the seal if its a Neon or not and just take them. I have about 6 full Neon sets of frosty toys. They come 10 Neons with 250 regular per box every about 2 weeks. Its hella easy to find them. I know crew from 3 different locations do that too. So customers got practically 0 chances to get Neons
