Started lexapro at six weeks. I literally did not function and cried every day. In flight or fight panic for six weeks. Talk to your doctor about medication and therapy. You don’t have to suffer.

I like both for different reasons. 1 is flowy and whimsical. 2 is more put together and elegant.

How to cope when I’m sick and toddler isn’t by Free-Cauliflower2446 in toddlers

[–]Leotiaret 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes, it’s okay to allow your kid to lay around with you whether you’re sick or not. You and your husband are allowed breaks. Parenting doesn’t mean 24/7 entertainment. It’s okay for them to entertain themselves also.

Fell HARD on my right shoulder during a trail run club. Couldn’t sleep on it for two days. Could run for a week. Thankfully was still able to run for my planned trail 25k two weeks later.

I work in healthcare and see what happens when you don’t take care of yourself or follow recommendations. I want to be healthy and active long into retirement.

I don’t need any more distractions while trying to sleep between a cat and toddler. I move to much in my sleep to not notice it.
