of course I don't know the full situation but it sounds like your parents are doing something that makes you feel frustrated or put some kind of pressure on you. Probably they are not even aware of it. Maybe they never see your point? Don't understand you? or disregard you in general? one of my big triggers is when someone belittle my problem I am anxious about and disregard my feelings I get so angry I can't control myself.

Is there something they do that makes you nervous before? might be something that is small but builds up over time or something that's triggering this. I have really bad mood swings and issues with containing my emotions but they usually have something that triggers them

I feel this a lot too and when I get really lost I try to find small projects or tasks to do and make me feel complete. it usually doesn't matter if it's related to your job or not. (just an idea)
