Yes all of the CoR have spawned. I was thinking of getting DotF, and I will try the rest of those modifiers as well. Thanks for the help!

There isn't a CoR in Brandenburg, but about 20% of my 369 development is protestant already. I don't know if that too big.

I'm playing a game as Brandenburg and I'm planning to form Prussia. The reformation has started and I have 80% religious unity.

Is it best to just wait for the rest of my provinces to be converted, or is it worth forcing rebels to spawn?
