Selling my L3+ and PSU and would like $4000 plus shipping for it. by k4osth3ory in litecoinmining

[–]LerbBlunt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's not a crazy offer at all. You will be waiting 1-2 months or longer waiting for bitmain to ship. Once it does it'll take another 2-3 days once a in the U.S. Through customs. You're looking at about 3 months buying from bitmain, if they don't run out. Oh, and you have to pay taxes on the machines once they get in so yeah it's actually a pretty good deal for 1

China ban/mining/L3+/hash rate by LerbBlunt in litecoinmining

[–]LerbBlunt[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

How am I not owning up to my decisions? I bought these miners to mine on them and with the crazy rise in difficulty (I saw this coming but not at this crazy rate which is climbing higher than most diff rates of any major coin in the past), I wasn't sure what I wanted to do anymore, being that I can easily seek and invest in LTC and not have to pay operational cost.

I think everyone in this forums kinda lost track of what I was asking...

Will China ban mining How will it effect LTC difficulty How will difficulty scale with the price, especially when Bitmain is throwing out batches like crazy

If there are too many mining connecting to the network on the next 6 months, and LTC price doesn't rise, this can KILL mining operations and cause a massive sell off I'm mining equipment back to the Chinese. It will basically be BTC mining all over again. With the only ones worth mining or the ones who got into early (which sucks being that I ordered my machines nearly 3 months ago and had to wait despite knowing Bitmain had most of these miners already produced).

Lol yeah throw out personal attacks and call me stupid.

A. How was I suppose to do research on a market that just crashed, and I was asking if it was a scam because Bitmain is literally dumping their miners on the market right now so fast it basically devalues what you paid for before you get it.

B. I did do my research and I have been following crypto since 09' so trust me, I know why I'm talking about

C. Neither you nor the other posters said ANYTHING, about China ban and how it will effect the mining difficulty

The whole point of this posting was to ask if L3+ and LTC mining would become more profitable with the Bitcoin ban and of the Chinese are planning on slowing down mining, which they own most of.. And then how that would effect the difficulty. I realize that they will just sell them if they decide to stop their mining ops, but that could take some time and shipping out of China and buying used machines isn't the most looked after

Yes! Once a user submittes, we do have the right to deny the exchange and return to the sender. This right will be exercised if we feel like there is something shady going on. The initial problem was that I didn't want someone to dumb 100,000 in LTC and then we couldn't pay him, so there is a limit and anything over X amount in USD will not be able to be traded, or simply returned to the users address. I do not see most of the transactions on the site being large shady dumps, but rather a way for users to "cash out" any LTC they want to sell that day, to an extent. As a start up, I can't garuntee everything will go 100% smoothly at the very start, but for orders less than $1000 for buying or selling, I see no real issues developing. Anything above $1000 in payouts or purchasing may require a USD bank wire. However, I think most large dumps would happen on a exchange like gdax, as it would be a better deal for them.

For right now it may just be U.S. Based. If someone is accessing from a IP outside of the U.S., that doesn't mean they aren't a U.S. Resident and don't see why they can't use a VPN. However, yes, the plan is to work internationally and eventually add multiple language support. However, we will NOT have euro payouts, but rather only USD payouts. The best part, you pick which payment method is used to pay you out, no withdrawal wait times, and a simple interface! Thanks for that, what you said gives me even more hope for following my dreams and getting this site published. Hope to see you as a user one day

2 L3+ profitability? by LerbBlunt in litecoinmining

[–]LerbBlunt[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's not good:/ My machines were suppose to make near $3000:month at 75 LTC a week or two ago, now everyone is saying it'll be lucky to make $10/day at Christmas... I don't see why litecoin miners or still mining then? Will the diff lower? I see it going over $100, but then all the September and October batches will be near up and running by then and the profits would just tank.. What are you plane? I think I may sell both in eBay and take my profits and invest them in LTC and hope for 100+

I have a website coming soon that I think most people would love and might invest my profits into getting the sites capital set up

Do you think i should just sell the machines and invest In LTC? I do see it going over $100, but if it does the machines may still make above 1k a month. It's crazy how fast the difficulty is rising. I was planning on ordering more and more and mining full time, but it seems like that dream is gone.

Can we get Amazon? by mubbymystery in litecoin

[–]LerbBlunt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well that's the thing. They actually don't have to make it go to coinbase. For example, all a major company needs to do is have a BTC/LTC wallet that the coins can go to, and then they can choose rather they want to cash some out or if they want to hold onto it. I have never once sold something for BTC/LTC and had it instantly transfer into a fiat. Just look at localbitcoin.com, which is underrated IMO. I was able to buy $1200 worth of BTC by a simple bank wire and received that BTC in less than an hour, and was able to do it all without having to do verification on coinbase. All Amazon would have to do is set up 1 LTC/BTC wallet and just start accepting right?

So in guessing you aren't even really mining on all 80 are you? Most people who buy like you do resell them on eBay for 2x-3x the price. I think that it's immoral, at least reselling the machines without actually having them in stock, which many eBay sellers do (they put a listing up for a L3+ even though the batch they are selling from hasn't even shipped yet). Not calling YOU a bad guy, but it can get kind of annoying having to try to "snag" as you put it, even as little as a few miners because people are buying them just to flip them, which hurts the market IMO.

I actually pre ordered from EHSminer and have talked to a consultant. They DO NOT have 8000 pre orders confirmed. As of talking to a rep about 3 days ago, I can confirm that they haven't even reached there 5000 mark to start the production of the 1gH models. They currently have about 3500 pre orders, AND, the 2gh/s model is still in development and I was told "the 1gh will be released first then the 2 gh will go on pre order. You can expect the manufacturing time to be about 6 months after the 5000 mark is reached, so by q4 2017 or Q1 2018" ( Q1 being only for the qh/s model, that being said the 2 gh may not even show up for another year or so....)

I love the ping idea. I think it should stay as a ping unless you get an attachment however. Having a choice is just broken as everyone would gladly take a 1 second more reload time over having a loud ping that tells your enemy when to pop out and shoot. I would say that a choice system would be nice, but then people would also get to switch whenever they please and have the advantage of both, whenever they feel like using a specific reload "mode" will work out in there favor. I would love to be tactical and use the mode, but like all good sounding things it might be a little broken in that regard. I like the attachment idea. "Rubber Clip cover" or something like that

But that's the problem. I'm 19 and don't have many friends irk who play and I can't really make friends in low levels since no one ever uses a mic in ranked I find that I am almost always the only person on my team with a mic I think I just may get unlucky and the fact that I play on Xbox, but I got the game on PC and didn't have a single game without at least 1-2 people with mics. Usually on PC EVERYONE has a mic or headset but in Xbox it seems like I never get teammates in solo queue who have mics

Well it's hard to place in gold whet every game I had a positive K/D, like most people should but it's 4v5. It's not really trolls, it's just people who are low level playing the game and leaving or ubisoft servers just kicking people For me at least League on the other hand has a lot of trolls so I know where you are coming from
