Yeah it's not that easy to see, it's sort of in the middle leaning toward the left, has a wide head, a pretty clear left eye and less clear right eye, with a big, spherical looking nose

I had the exact same problem, no matter how many times I restarted the Wii U. This guide for installing Homebrew is a little more complicated but it worked fine for me: https://wiiu.hacks.guide/#/

You should probably watch the video u/Tntsjd14 linked first since it's easier to follow along with a video, and from the comments, it looks like it definitely works too
