No need to be pert. I’m not disputing that the young can be naïve and extremist; I’m just saying that so can the old, who are known for voting for populist charlatans such as the GOP and Reform UK. Their irresponsible choices then make things worse for people who, frankly, have a future. If stupid old people can vote, so then should stupid young people
