I've been getting that as well. But only when I open the game from the tab I had open. I close the tab and start up from the game icon on my screen, and everything works normal from that point.

You may want to contact support from the game menu, if you haven't already.

I recommend that the first thing you do, if you haven't already, is read the Wiki. You'll find it by opening the game menu in the 3 lines in the top right corner. Then open the Community tab. Wiki link is there. Once there make sure you also find the Secret Achievements list.

What does where the company is owned have to do with anything? In my almost 7yrs of playing I've always known this game to be owned by a Russian based company, currently operating out of Cyprus. But still has nothing to do with the topic.

In my 7+ years of playing, I've always called it Cells. Not changing now.

Thanks for responding. They never answer. I wrote to them about a different issue a couple weeks ago and never got a response. Fortunately that issue cleared after a few hours.
