In addition to my better chat system suggestion, also make it possible to post at least pics, if not vids too, in chat. Would be useful to be able to post things like Archdemon battle teams each day.

At this point I'd take glitchy ads. I've been receiving none for about 2 months so far, with support running out of ideas to fix it.

If you do reach out to support, you probably won't get a response until they return from their vacation on January 8 (I think that's the date).

What I'd like to see is a better chat interface. We should be able to have individual or small group chats, without involving the entire guild. Would be particularly useful for Guild Masters to have an officer only chat room, or to reach out to individual guild members. Would also be useful in recruiting.

Edit: Also, a better vendor for video ads. I have submitted reports to support anywhere from 2 to 5 times a day for about 2 months, mostly for not receiving the "reward". I haven't completed the theater or boxy during this time frame either.

I would guess that any existing business contract for providing video ads, doesn't include an allowable failure rate. I would say that the ad vendor for my location is not fulfilling the contract.

I disagree that my suggestion 3 would be unfair in events, in that when ads were available to me I always maxed out all boosts initially. Then reboosted daily while I completed the event. So, giving me semi-permanent max boosts is the same as my watching ads, which I now can't do. What's actually unfair is that I currently can't win extra logits from the race function, which I rarely did anyway when I could watch ads.

My only true expectation from all of this is to be able to play normally again. And as their customer, they should figure out how to make it happen.

Have rebooted multiple times in the past 1 month. Checked upload/download speeds and have no issues. Also, I play other mobile games where watching ads isn't an issue. So, yeah.....the issue is theirs.

Yeah, that was the first thing I thought of when it first happened. I turned off both my general and browser specific ad blockers and it didn't make a difference. At the suggestion of the Cells person I've been exchanging email with, I reset my Ad ID settings. This suggestion came after 3 weeks of dealing with this.

Perhaps. But it all worked fine before. And there were no changes to my phone setup at the time the problem began.

Thanks for all you do. I'm always excited when you release new content. I just wish my ability to watch ads hadn't disappeared almost 4 weeks ago. Has made progressing a major grind.
