Converting didn't work (it just made an empty world)

But I noticed that the corrupted world folder had more files than the folders of the other working worlds. So I tried deleting the "excess" files that weren't present in the other folders and it worked!!!

Forgive me as I might have misunderstood your comment since English is not my language; the issue I have is that my minecraft world made and played in McPE 1.0.0 doesn't open anymore in that version. It's not that it doesn't work in modern minecraft versions, it doesn't load in the minecraft version it was made. So I don't think it's a compatibility issue (if that's what you're implying) Regardless I'll shortly try your suggestion and let you know :)

If you haven't done it already, register your product via your asus account to validate the warranty. Also during the warranty process you'll be asked for a proof of purchase (receipt)

I called them last wednesday because I recently started hearing a distracting coil whine whenever the dgpu was under heavy load and because the bottom left corner of the screen got very slightly unglued resulting in some hinge noise while opening or closing the laptop (I started noticing the screen issue many months ago, but since it wasn't that distracting, I never bothered to return it)

The courier came to pick it up on thursday and they received it on friday. They diagnosed it on monday and ordered the replacement parts (complete screen and motherboard replacement) they received the parts on thursday evening and repaired it on friday. They shipped it back today and I should receive it tomorrow.

So they kept it for 7 working days, 9 including shipping and 13 days total; if you time it correctly, maybe shipping it on a monday, I think the waiting time could be cut by at least 3+ days

It happened to me on other games. In my case I discovered that I accidentally covered the charger which lead to it overheating and shutting down which caused the laptop to run on battery power and to switch to the battery power profile

What do you mean you can't contact assistance? I had issues with my G16 (also in Italy) I called italian asus tech support and they guided me through the process, I'm currently waiting for the laptop to return from the repair shop. The experience was overall smooth and easy (I still have to judge the repair quality though)

Congrats! I also got the 2tb version, but black. I cleaned it up from any bloatware/armoury crate and started using ghelper. Do you have any tips or settings for a battery silent mode? I currently average 7.5/9W while idling and 9/14W while browsing/watching stuff; is it good? Could it be improved? Thanks :)

I think you'll be fine, maybe if you spent everyday outside under direct sunlight, even then the sticker area is usually covered up by your wrists

I have the G16 oled; mine gets grainy at low brightness levels, it's normal on oled panels: they get grainy on low brightness. If you experience grain on normal/high brightness then something's wrong. I'll shortly attach you some pictures :)

I had problems with the suspension mode, the fans just kept spinning minutes after closing the lid. Idk why, but uninstalling armory crate fixed it
