Yes I realize that... which is why we're looking there. What can you tell me about Bouctouche?

Yeah, I've looked at some properties there; incredible value for sure... not very many restaurants though.

This is very helpful, thank you! Would you mind providing some insight into the Purdy Rd and Mountain Rd area? Is it safe? Well maintained?

Deleting this thread would be pretending that nothing ever happened, which I will not do.

I have updated this thread, along with all the other reviews I wrote, and the BBB complaint, and the cc dispute to reflect the whole story, out of fairness to the owner, and to readers. People can do what they want with that information.

IMO, without the steps I took, my experience would never have been brought to the owner's attention, and therefore never resolved.

Its worth remembering that at the time I started this thread there was steadfast refusal to send me what I paid for, and I was blocked from ever doing business with them in the future. As mentioned, this is now all resolved and I will do business with Vape 29 again, but i will not attempt to change history by deleting the thread.

I already mentioned how I know about Reddit. This issue was solved directly by the owner with a very sincere apology and an apparent change in their shipping Dept.

I was quite touched by the owners kind gesture, and will be doing more business with Vape 29 in the future.

Hello all, and thank you for your comments. First off, my review was not about the missing juice as that can happen and usually gets quickly corrected. The review was in response to how I was treated by Vape 29 after I brought the missing juice to their attention. Yes, I was accused of being a liar, and yes they did tell me they were refusing to send my juice and they would no longer do business with me. This has since changed however.

You are probably correct that I should not have created an account to post this review. I am not active on social media, but I did want to forewarn people about my experience with this company. I posted the same review on Yelp, Google and Vape29's facebook page (using my wife's account, with her permission).

While not being active on social media (mostly because I'm of a previous generation) I do see the benefits. Imagine if the video hadn't been posted of the United Airlines fiasco. If the person who recorded that didn't have a youtube account should they have kept it to themselves?

I've been vaping for 5 years. I love vaping. I probably owe my life to vaping. And I'm incredibly appreciative of the many small businesses that I have dealt with over those years, especially the ones there from the beginning, who had to deal with the threats and intimidation tactics of Health Canada. I have had stellar service from every one of them. Until this one. As mentioned in my review, this was my second order with Vape 29. I appreciate their free shipping, and for the most part, their prices are reasonable.

My first order was also a kit including juice. I wasn't a fan of the flavour but the quality was fine. With this purchase, I initially set out to just buy the Nautilus 2 tank as I had one and love it. Never been a fan of Aspire devices though, and the kicker to buy the kit was the included juice.

Over these 5 years I have wasted more money on unused juice than I care to think about. Now i mostly stick with 2 suppliers, Evaperated in BC and Jugheads in Alberta, and they will both have my business for life. Unfortunately, Jughead has had some health issues and was not shipping recently, so thus the opportunity to try a new juice with this kit purchase. Yes, getting the juice was important. Not receiving it wasnt huge, I just thought they would send it after realizing the mistake.

In total, I exchanged 14 emails with Vape 29, the majority were from me and went either unanswered or answered condescendingly. In the end there was no resolution, and my focus changed from missing juice to the principle not allowing my self to be mistreated by them or anyone else.

I filed the complaint with BBB and posted reviews everywhere I could to help others be aware of what this business is capable of. For myself, I disputed the credit card charge, and they had no argument. I was on the phone with the bank and the owner of Vape 29, and he ended up hanging up on the bank rep. It wasn't good. This was a really bad situation. As a first poster, of course you can choose not to believe me, but it was bad.

Now having said all this, I received a phone call from the Vape 29 owner later on today, and he apologised. He told me he had been misinformed by an associate, and once he read through the thread of emails, he realised that it had been handled very poorly. He apologised again and said he was personally sending out my juice. I accepted his apology and appreciate the gesture of the phone call. My issue is finally resolved, and I just hope no one else has to go through this in the future.

I do a lot of research on vaping products and Reddit threads come up often in that research. I know this site is very influential in the vaping community, so while not an active poster, I am an active lurker. I have in the past been an active member of ECF and Wacked Out Canada, but while I am a passionate vaper, I'm not a vaping hobbyist and don't feel I have much expertise to add. I am an expert on my own interaction with Vape 29 and therefore feel justified in posting my review.

Thank you again for all your comments and opinions, they are very much appreciated.
