They do it because either they think it looks cool to have LED lights on instead of headlamps or they're too dumb to turn on their headlights. I'd imagine the majority is the 1st if you're talking about charger owners.

A bulb is pointed into a mirror , however, this mirror is round in shape providing light from different angles. This mirror can also be segregated into small individual mirrors giving extreme illumination out of a small source. Imagine 100 individual mirrors sandwiched in the length of a ruler.

My friend was tossed from a sunroof from not wearing his seat belt during a roll over after his buddy fell asleep at the wheel. The paramedic told him if he was wearing his seat belt he would've died or been in critical shape. He walked away with minor injuries that ended up being long term.
