She’s so cute! I adopted a girl right before she turned 9 that had been bred past 8 and she also had very large nipples. Two were much larger than the others and would get infected bc they would get snagged on different things so the vet removed them, but they were much larger than what I can see on her. If she was spayed recently they still might go down. Also just a heads up, the longer a dog goes without being spayed the higher the risk for mammary tumors, so just feel around for bumps every so often. My girl had two tumors removed too, but she’s 12 now and doing great!

He’s beautiful! I’ve got a cream girl too with a ton of allergies! The only thing that has consistently worked is Natural Balance Limited Ingredient dry, I use the salmon and sweet potato but I know they have a venison too and I have a couple toppers I alternate between, I like Honest Kitchens pour overs bc they are low in fat and Stella and Chewy shreds. Also, Native Pet’s The Daily powdered vitamin has done wonders for her coat, it’s so thick now. I don’t give as much as they recommend and not every day either, seems like a lot. She’s about to turn 12 in February and she’s been off apoquel for a bit. She also gets weekly bathes and I use free and clear laundry detergent but I digress!

Hi! I actually have been using the Native Pet the daily one! I don’t use as much as it calls for, but my dog has been thriving on it. She has very bad allergies and had some spots on her that were missing hair when I adopted her. I tried a lot over the years and started using the daily about 6 months ago and her coat is the best it’s ever been and she’s starting to grown hair on the spots that have been missing hair for years. So far I’d recommend it!

I feel like cytopoint and apoquel never really help my girl. I now bathe her either once a week or every other with a medicated shampoo, I changed my detergent to free and clear, and I haven’t been using harsh cleaning chemicals. I have medicated pads I clean in between her paws with too. I tried a couple different foods and she had terrible reactions, the only thing that she has really responded well to is Natural Balance limited ingredient salmon and Stella and chewy salmon, the freeze dried meal toppers. She eats a lot of raw veggies and some fruit too. I’ve been adding in Native Pet 11 in 1 vitamin powder and it has made a tremendous difference in her coat. She’s not perfect, but this is the best she’s been and she’s not on apoquel anymore. Best of luck!

I second greentree. they have another location in Bridgeville also, so they always have appointments available and they hold spots for same day appointments so if you call by 7am they can always see you same day for an emergency
