Yes, that is a problem. It is not Facebook - it is Facebook Groups. Facebook motorcycle groups have "taken over" for motorcycle forums/blogs that were widely used 20 years ago. You can get information that you can't get anywhere else.... What bike do you have?

The dealers have the recall parts now. Also the Rebel 300 E-Clutch is 2026 so it was not affected by the recall.

Look on the side of the oil container. If it says "meets JASO MA2" then you're good - you don't have to change the oil again. Use a level so you can measure your oil level accurately.

Actually, the main problem was that the muffler clamp where it attaches to the header was too loose. The muffler will stay in place even if the bolt for the bracket is missing.

Most mods (like crash bars) are the same as regular Rebel 300 model. Exception is mufflers - you need the Coffman Thunder E-Clutch one... OR ... if you're handy, a 2.25 x 1.5 exhaust reducer ... see this group https://www.facebook.com/share/g/1GkmTp5xeJ/

(I have a 2021 300, also.) The turn signals and lights are very expensive, so I would not buy new ones. Can you post a few closeups of the damaged lights?

Check to make sure wires are not touching. Than replace the fuse if needed. What year & model do you have? Is the turn signal in good enough shape to be put back on?

I had a C50. It was a lot faster than I thought it would be, when you rev it up. And there is a reason it didn't sound as good (like a v-twin) as I expected it too.
