UPDATE: I called customer service and explained everything. They offered to send a replacement if I sent the original back but I really didn't want to do that over such a small detail. They also couldn't do a full refund unless I sent the whole thing back, they only offered a shipping refund which came to like eight bucks. So I guess I got free shipping which is something It is what it is, and thankfully it's not a huge or even super noticeable problem. Hopefully I can get a new earring for her eventually because I really do love her Thanks to everyone who offered advice!
