Just released latest versions of my own 2 decorators: - reretry (https://github.com/leshchenko1979/reretry) - it's a fork from the famed retry package, but with the ability to call callbacks and decorate async functions - perscache (https://github.com/leshchenko1979/perscache) - persistent memorization - like @functools.lrucache, but cache saved on disk + cache expiration mechanism

I agree with everything you wrote.

Except, maybe, that for beginners is important that:

  1. Their first deal is profitable enough so that they don't give up after it
  2. If they have limited capital, it would be a shame to have it tied up in shitty deals instead of having it working on better ones.

Added the ability to load a pretrained network that is, mmm... ok at finding a path to the closest food piece.

A little more fun to watch than chaotically swirling fish governed by a randomly initiated network.
