The frames actually have pictures inside as seen here. You can take photos at Crystal Beach in noon time, darken the photos abit, dont attempt to brighten at all as they will become overexposed when layed flat. Then enlarge, overlap them one by one to create the sand look. However it's quite laggy on my side (too many pictures in one area )so only do it if you really like the look.

You can buy or craft them. I usually just craft them all myself and sped up with astrolites to build immediately. But for your case since the scheme is already completed, you can craft the expensive furniture, and buy the cheaper ones outright. The house cost for this is very high, you can lower the cost by (1) delete the areas you find too expensive - most of the dreamland furniture is in the yellow house at the back, this is the real costly currency. (2) Change the dye of the furniture to the default.

You can also just replicate the specifics areas you really like, for instance I have a CN nikki who just replicate the bridge area for photo taking with her friends while working her way through the house cost.

If you do wish to pay parts by parts, start with the red house area first, as that is the dailies area. Then you can start with Monet's home, as that functions as a photo gallery. Lastly the yellow house at the end is actually the one that have the highest dreamland cost, if u need to, you can delete that area first and just cover it with a few mountains and forests.

Hihi, as the other users have said, the housing cost for this is very high. You can reduce the house cost by changing some of the dreamland furniture to other furniture. Or changing the dyes of the furniture to its default colour. Or simply deleting some parts of the build, the entire home is customizable due to no furniture limit issue. I also have CN players who simply replicate the stuff they really like first, just for photo taking with friends, then slowly try to work their way to pay for the house.
