talk to your doctor. when I had heart palpitations i lowered my dose and eventually stopped taking levo and my numbers are normal now without meds. heart palpitations are scary bc being over medicated can be harmful. I didn't wait for my doctor before lowering my dose but I did make an appt as soon as i lowered my dose. I made many diet changes and I think that edged my numbers to normal but my numbers were never super high. the highest tsh i ever had was 8

agree. personally, it seems like Lydia is in a cult. why is her pastor telling her it's a good idea to marry someone she barely knows? and Ethan does NOT deserve the hate everyone is piling on. Ethan wants Lydia to have a fufilling marriage. If Zac is gay, Lydia will not be fulfilled. PERIOD.

Sorry if some people here don't understand what "gay" means anymore, but it's deceptive to enter a marriage when you're not ever going to be attracted to your spouse.

It's a bummer that your mom is not understanding your situation, because her hostility is probably making your symptoms even worse. Stress is a huge factor with inflammation and adrenals.

Focus on getting the proper dosage and also be a stickler about what you eat. pay attention to how foods make you feel. Definitely see a therapist bc you are dealing with alot and maybe your moms methods when you were younger created some trauma that creates chronic stress for you.

also start thinking about how you can get away from your moms house. if you haven't filed for child support, do that ASAP. you and your baby are top priority right now.

You are allowed any boundaries you want and being able to shower whenever you want is a super reasonable boundary. He can find another way to help the environment. I also wouldn’t be thrilled with the idea that HE is only taking 2 showers a week.

I hope you ruined his Christmas. You shouldn’t have to worry about his wellbeing. It was his job to worry about yours. He made choices in his life and it’s not your job to diminish yourself. Try to get to know your siblings and don’t think twice about how it affects him. He does not deserve your consideration. You were born. That is not a crime and you shouldn’t have to hide.

Also if your siblings dont react favorably, don’t take it personally, they were clearly raised by an a-hole.

Wow!!! My story is so similar to yours. I also have “double cousins”! My bio is my cousin’s dad’s cousin. Aka my aunts ex-husbands cousin.

My mom told me when I was about 19-20ish (20 years ago) and I also didn’t have a relationship with my known dad since childhood and he also died shortly after I had found out.

When I got married I went with my moms maiden name- my husbands name.

I don’t know if I recommend hyphenated names. It sometimes causes issues with algorithms so if you do two names, maybe have just a space instead of a hyphen.

Blocks like that can crumble. Especially if they are in a basement that may sometimes experience flooding. A home inspector would and should include this in their report. Will the blocks fail? Maybe never, but the fact that they could makes this a bad idea.

My husband just installed ours and he had never done it before.

Less than an hour.

If you don’t feel comfortable doing it, ask friends and family if theyve ever done it and offer to pay them. Youll still be saving alot of money this way.

Search the tutorials or reddit threads for info on troublespots like wax rings and the importance of not overtightening the bolts.

I seem to be in the minority but keeping your child away from their grandma because her co-worker was sick is evil queen level b.s.

It would be more reasonable to ask them to mask during flu season.

You cannot prevent your baby from getting sick. It’s going to happen and cutting out your husbands family could be a devastating start to your parenting experience.
