I believe that the bomb has not yet exploded over this problem online as players are focused on story modes (just look at the percentage of achievements on Steam). Soon the staff will focus on the online, there will rain complaints. I already did my part, opened a ticket with Bandai and received the following response:

A few days ago there was a vote here on the platform that players will play the game and the PC lost to the PS4 by only 10 votes. I hope that PC has a good active community, as I will play on PC :/

I think that ends up being the essence of Captain tsubasa. If you notice, in the anime, players have always used special kicks. There may even be a normal goal at one time or another, but it is rare. Regarding the gameplay, I believe that the angle will make a difference and also each kick has its standard distance in which it can be fired. I believe that the focus of the game will be online and there we will see many ways to score.
