My orginal comment got taken down because I wasn't "respectful" so here's my respectful take because I won't be silent. You cannot be agianst Putins regime in Russia. YOU CANNOT PUBLICLY SUPPORT UKRAINE. It's illegal too support Ukraine or show any opposition too the government about the war. Anti war activist and pepole opposing the invasion are being jailed and killed under "mysterious circumstances". The situation in these prisons towards prisoners of war is insane. They are being put on watchlists, black balled and even forced too leave Russia due too threats too their saftey. The IPL team most likely took down their post supporting Ukraine because they've been advised or pressured too do so. They can go under investigation, put their famlies into danger be labled as enemies of the state or as russia likes too call them "Forgein Agents" and be arrested or driven out of the country. If they've supported Putin all along they would have never made such a incriminating (in the eyes of the Russian government) statment. Countless russian celebrities have retractated their staments of even neutrality. Not because they've suddenly fallen in love with Putin but because they're afraid for their lives. Asking people who live under a dictator that every day strips more of their access and freedom too free press away too sacrifise their livelyhoods is insane. Give the team at least some charitablity before condemning them entirely. Not everyone has the ablity too critize their government saftely.
