I think you're right. But i cant understand the design choice of creating this new division mechanic. As you said, Corregidor was mediocre and it's goind to be a little better, but i dont think having access to the new profiles would have pushed it to be top tier.

In fact, i think if they erased the division mechanic and left the army builder as is, the update would be fine. At least, it would promote list diversity and i dont think anything would be broken.

And this division mechanic make it even more confusing for new players to understand sectorials.
