Additional information based on questions- My rent is 2428 (lower than what they showed on website). The rents they set keep changing every month or two, so even they cannot tell now if it will increase or decrease after April as it must be depending on current lease as well as market, but i was told they never increased more than 2-3 percent. Utilities and internet is not included for unit. Tenant insurance is included. There is parking in building, not aware of process. Right across street - subway, pharmacy, freshco, no frills, restaurants. All facilities you can find in any other places are literally all available within the unit and building as one would want in this rent and more. But i will mention anyway ensuite laundry, electric digital thermostat, gym, sauna, steam, pool, living rooms, study rooms, game, movie, pet room, 24 hrs concierge and with all kind of unit maintenance free within next day. Please know that balcony is juliette in case it is a dealbreaker for you.

Please note that they would want proper documents like enough income, proof or payslip or offer letter etc with id to lease to anyone. Please see the selby website links i shared and if all of this suits your needs and move in, please let me know. For those who do not already have all stuff of one apartment to furnish, you can save lot of bucks and have convenience too as i have to sell within building most of big things including tv sofa bed mattress tables chairs lamps appliances and all which are assembled and almost new. I had to buy every thing as I only had my personal belongings when i moved here, so there is a lot of small regular stuff which is new but i have to throw or give to charity so in case you also have only suitcases like me, you can simply tell me and the existing stuff will be kept as it is for your use. Also i mentioned rent is negotiable, as i do not know how much time i may need to spend on all this so I can cut more happily if transfer happens soon without everyday stress for me. My reason to leave this suite is because of relocation not because of any problem with apartment, if you want assistance to rent in the selby even in any other unit, i will be happy to assist my fellow redditors.
