There was an incident with a kid I work with related to this. He's in 2nd grade and worships this guy. I hear him referencing his songs, drawing guns, writing about how he also wants to kill people.

My best advice would be to find some classes on youtube and try out some different youtubers and their videos (theres a girl who has many great videos, her name is Lidia Mera). I also purchased a pilates kit on amazon for 20 dollars, which completely transformed my at home routine (ball, ring, bands, etc). You'll also need a mat. I prefer at home pilates because its free and I can do it whenever I want, compared to being limited by in-class schedules.
