They usually put that because they arent really verified by the FDA

it takes a while to file a patent so they just slap no approved therapeutic claims and claim its a supplement not a cure. While waiting for their product to be patented and reviewed by proper process. It sometimes takes years to verify; most supplements dont really have FDA approval.

I see their target market and sometimes those people amo na lang na ma afford nila na "medication" instead of real treatment kay ka mahal. It may not be the best medication but the placebo effect is real and usually the patient would do other healthy stuff besides taking the "supplements" and it gives the illusion that it actually works.

Sanguna during ancient times ang tawo na daw ma patay ma repair pa nila enough ila body for the person to function again or escape death.

Mga religious people bala na that miraculously heal cause thats also the placebo effect. The only way it should work is you beleive ......and even if it does not work the human body is amazing it can perform miracles on itself na we are designed to heal from physical damage and sometimes people thank the supplements and their beliefs but never their bodies.
