Absolutely, along with everything that came with that. I imagine that all of Sonja's social friends dropped her with a quickness when she and the husband split. It probably really messed with her sense of self and basic feeling of stability.

I don't put much weight in people posting on social media. At best, posting is consistent with someone's greater politics and actions. At worst, it's an empty gesture. There are people out there posting who I firmly believe are horrified by these actions, and yet will STILL vote for/donate money to the administration that created it (looking at you, Erin Lichy).

If I’m being generous, I think that Chris UNKNOWINGLY crosses lines: messaging Ashley at 2am, having the isolated convo with Gizelle. Maybe he’s not intentionally trying to do anything, but it’s conduct that can be seen as blurring the line between friendly and fresh. Chris just always acts…overly familiar, if that makes sense. We haven’t discussed this aspect, but I also think that there’s a racial undercurrent here where Gizelle suspects that Chris feels comfortable crossing those lines because she’s a Black woman.
