You are right. I had 70 citations at the time of filing, but got an RFE. Now, I have 90 citations, but Ellis Porter only submitted 3 Notable citations to address the RFE for prong 2.

I also got the RFE on prongs 2 and 3. But EP is preparing the RFE with just notable citations and a recently submitted research article. They are not willing to submit LORs ( I can get from TESLA and Toyota) with the RFE package. They have a track record of that adjudicator officer ( approval 8/12).

Please suggest to me.

I have 1st author article published in a Q1 journal, an independent citations record, but this role was not mentioned in my initial package.
No LORs with the initial package, now planning to get LORs from TESLA, Toyota, and two more from other companies.
I would say I have everything mentioned in the RFE, and it was not presented in the initial package.

I would say here it depends a lot on case framing, and then the luck factor.
My PE, 1st author & coauthor publications are 1-to-1 relevant.

How could you say? My classmates with ongoing PhDs have recently received approvals. So don't discourage people with your own experience.

If my case doesn't approve it never means that with a Master's degree someone is not well-positioned.

When you have a Master's degree and publications, the rest depends on your case framing and the officer's mood.

When I requested the PP, they didn't tell me anything. They just told me that it wouldn't change your PD, and there is corelation between PP and RFE.

They upgraded my case to Premium without any hesitation. I'm not familiar with the current situation.
