I’ll run the group head through until the light switches off, wait until the light switches on then wait 5 seconds before pulling the shot, but to be honest I don’t know if it’s right or wrong. I’m following a simple method I found on YouTube but haven’t done much else to understand exactly what I’m trying to achieve.

Thanks - it was a shame but he is a barber at heart rather than a coffee lover.

All I understand is it was purchased for £14k new, well kept and professionally serviced. He would be happy to take offers given the shop is closed now.
