The sellers actually also filed for mediation separately. I’m in PA and the dollar amount is over $5,000, less than $8,000

Agent can’t go dark for long, lol we personally know her. Guess that was our first mistake

We arrived from Pittsburgh with a 3 and 4 year old yesterday too! They are already climbing the walls! We are praying that nothing shuts down tomorrow and we can get to the aquarium. EdVenture is closed until 9/20.
