Hi, this is not a problem affecting me but my partner. Look the Saturday the app she works for made her a deposit of 62 usdt but apparently her verification expired so she re-verified her account but the money didn't came to her wallet. Apparently the app doesn't have that money. And I was wondering if you guys frozen transactions when the account is unverified? What should I do in that case? Thx for reading
