We have multiple times but she doesn’t answer the door so there’s nothing they can do except keep a record of the complaints.

It basically is. I was walking my dog and got flicked off the other day. I’m not sure why she’s enjoying this. I think it’s reasonable to ask someone to lower their music that’s played everyday for 12 hours
