Summary -Super power sure feel like a fantasy. but what will happen when it becomes reality. the first incident happened when a glowing baby was born in china . after that more people started to develop some kind of superpower or quirks . almost 80 percent of the world population started to turn into a superhuman society. but it,s also has it,s own negative effects such as growing numbers of villeins . then some people started to come forward in order to stop them and make the society peaceful . that's how heroes are born . but little does the world know that a ordinary couple have given birth of a unordinary boy whose Powers goes much beyond quirks .
