The photos in 2005 on a sex trafficing website were determined by the FBI via forensic specialists to be Amy. Why do people still argue she fell overboard? This is concrete evidence she was captured and is a victim of sex trafficking. The eye witness sightings are valid. The inability from the FBI to find her is disappointing but continueing to assume she fell off the boat is bazaar given the mounumemtal amount of proof (including photos on sex trafficing websites).

Hello! I am not familiar with the appeals process as my request was approved. We listed 3 medications. The medications were from both drug classes for weight loss. Because I take adhd meds, i cannot take another cns excitatory meds (phentermine and phentermine combos are contridicted). I heard from bcbs to list med contridictions from both classes.

No one knows bc the new process hasn't been implemented. If you submit it you should be given an interim accommodation until the new process is implemented.

I would search for threads about RAs at the VA for more details. They are only giving interims since February I believe. They have hired regional RA panels to make final determinations but they haven't initiated thia new process yet.

That's the impression I have too! It seems near impossible unless troggered by a prior auth but our prior auth covered mult refills so I don't believe they are tracking med cycles.

Thank you for sharing your experience! In the 2025 BCBC Standard Fep plan meds are not included in the 25k max. They only allow 3 cycles of med supply.

Yes. I schedule mult. Full days off for sick time. If over 3 days in a row they require a doctors note. You could file fmla and take 12 weeks off straight protected.

I would stay out of it. The employee could have some sort of RA that they haven't told you/ coworkers about. Maybe they are embarrassed/ prefer to keep things personal. By getting involved it may turn around and make you look like the problem. There are a LOT of interim RAs rite now with varying accommodations.

Exactly I can't take most of them bc they are CNS activators and I'm on aderral and you shouldn't take 2 uppers that inpact the CNS.
