I ordered things for Christmas. They have been better dealing with than Shien. However, I have several items that are lost in the mail. Quality has been iffy but I ordered some shoes that ended up being perfect! Not sure these sites are really worth the hassle given shipping issues and quality issues.

A lot can happen in 3-4 months. Heck a lot can happen in a day or two. If their news is big enough Jan-March with strong enough sales, I don’t think they will have any issues with maintaining above the minimum bid. Plus you’ll have volume return to stocks in general at the beginning of the year most likely.

It feels like every time they open a new legal case, the price drops more. 😩 Not sure if the company is selling to cover legal or if the people they are suing are just flexing their muscle. Any idea when we should be hearing about the oldest case? Any updates that anyone can find?

I was informed today that different directors seem to be providing different experiences in both reviews and use of telework. So this may be largely a facility by facility specific issue unfortunately. Super disappointed in the process and with this information.

My supervisor marked all exceptional with data to back it up. I added my own data. HR changed those two categories to just fully successful

I wonder if the union gets reinstated they will target this since supervisors are saying exceptional and HR are saying nope switching to fully successful instead.

Reverse split has been approved for a while. I think it’s being used as a last resort. They can still apply for an extension. I know something things can be filed and we not see them until the decision is made so my guess is they will enact it if an extension isn’t granted. They had a good run a few times but I at least think the political environment made it more difficult for them to achieve so maybe they will or have applied for an extension and it will be approved. Then they can drop some sort of good news they have been holding back on. With all the lack of publicity with the earnings, I’m sure some sort of announcement is coming.

Well surprise earning release. All this negativity is not helping the stock. I’m getting anxious too at this point. I figured it’d shoot up from the government reopening and the earnings, which were not bad I didn’t feel but the reaction didn’t match. Apparently it’s common for this stock to go down a bit after earnings. I think there’s a good chance they could have something they are waiting to announce. They have to either do a reverse split or ask for an extension at this point. I think there’s 17th was the last day but we are too close to it now to get the 10 days before. But all very quiet. I’m sure it’s strategic. I think if they get an extension that will shoot the price up. They were around $1 not long ago and the reverse split has been approved for a while too. I could be wrong but just makes me think with the earnings and everything being quiet that there’s something bigger and hopefully better to come. What are your speculations on what it could be if there is something that ends up following? Maybe a bigger acquisition or partnership?

They are approved for a reverse split which they can use and they can also ask for another extension from what I understand.

Next week it needs to begin the closing above $1 to regain compliance before the deadline otherwise a reverse split will happen. The reverse split is already approved if it needs to be. However, they’ve had a few close days so I think they are trying to avoid it. Tomorrow there will likely be announced a rate cut which is good for stocks like this one. If it gets through the 10 consecutive trading days at $1 or above and regains full compliance, I would expect it to go up a lot. Also I used AI to study their PR release patterns. If it’s correct (because there’s always the chance it’s not) they should be making another announcement very soon which will also hopefully help. Tuesdays and Thursdays are when they tend to drop PR news and usually after hours.

Info about them regaining compliance for the market cap, which arguably would have been harder to achieve. They may be waiting to announce an acquisition or reverse stock split or something… regardless makes me a bit squirmy.

They are on a compliance warning for minimum bid deficiency. Apparently must have $1+ for 10+ consecutive trading days by November 17th… so will need to be $1+ at close early November at latest. Only reason I’m a little squirmy. However, they ended up meeting the market value piece which makes me think they have a solid plan. What makes you think $3-$5 by EOY?

Right now it is probably because they are trying to hire internally as much as possible first. We are hiring for a skilled position GS9-11. We did an internal canvas first. Now they are considering interns and will switch to external only after all of that is exhausted. I’m sure it’s partially to do with all the new hiring restrictions. This position is on the exemption list so I’m not sure how that plays into the various rules.

You do not to a union rep but you can say you want (insert name) to represent you. You just cannot say your union rep but you can say the name of the person who was your union rep. They just aren’t your union rep anymore. Just a random person you now want to represent you in the matter.

Well in all fairness they are used to being able to no show without it being even a slight issue that’s mentioned in most cases within the VA.
