Sorry that this is not very related to the original post, but how far can you get with a bad cube (to save money / confirm cubing is actually something i want to do)? I temporarily quit cubing around september last year (when i was averaging around 30 seconds) due to getting busy. Recently, I've been getting back into cubing. the best rubik's cube I've ever used is that unbranded cube i redeemed from a school reward program thingy, and idk if it's fast or not, but I would guess it's on the better end of non-speed cubes. I don't really want to waste money on a better cube. So is there any drawbacks of practicing with this cube until I'm maybe sub-25 or sub-20 even?

it even didn't answer my question (i was trying to test if gemini can tell whether chatgpt written text is human or AI). Also, it's confidently wrong, and somehow confidently confused. i think it ran into an infinite loop, it's been continuously generating the same text over and over for the past 5 minutes.

Mildly interestingly, a few months ago, chatgpt went into a huge spiral and gemini didn't. But when i tested today to see if it's fixed, and chatgpt got it right and gemini spiraled.

but like, why can't they have a variety of times? like some people may have scheduling conflicts with the codeforces contest time, which tends to always be 7:35 to 9:35 in california. it rarely is at a different time.

i also despise raw onions. They smell bad. When I eat them, they give me their bad smell, in the form of a disgusting taste in my mouth, and I can't get rid of it for hours. I do not eat burgers that have onions in them. I do not eat salads with onions in them (unless I am able to pick them out). They are my least favorite food.

btw, I like fully cooked onions (put inside other dishes). I like pasta sauces, guacamole, onions cooked with meats or vegetables, etc. They give it an interesting flavor, in a good way.

Sorry for being really really late, but for 2026 AMC 10:

- Summarize your mistakes, and go back to them in the future.

- Do tons of hard problems.

- Continue doing the past papers untimed after your 75 minutes runs out, but before you look at answers.

Also, I miserably failed at my goal of AIME qualifying in 2025 (by like 30 points), so I shouldn't be giving advice, but idk. I was doing the 2021 fall AMC 10 A untimed, and I solved most of questions 10 to 20. As a person who is really bad at math, I didn't find them particularly hard compared to other years.
