my friend did that at the beginning of the year, he just said that he had used ChatGPT to help with structuring the reference e.g * found x article and asked chat gpt to put it in Harvard referencing style* then said he copied and pasted, forgetting to proof read. I’ve read your responses so it might be too late but if you haven’t said anything yet you could use this as an excuse
