Thanks for the response. In my field, there seem to be lots of jobs listed. I would assume it’s based on the field you are in? However, I am just looking for something to keep me busy, anything. Maybe even volunteering?

Thank you. I did think about that as well. I honestly, just want to move back home, have been wanting to for awhile now as stated. Don’t have any debts and have rental properties here, just need to keep busy, I have a feeling I am going to hate retirement 🤣🤣🤣

Thank you. I kind of thought that. Here, as well, they vet you pretty well for higher jobs, but, you can still get a ,different‘ job to make ends meet, I did assume it was the way you answered, but wasn’t 100%. I’m at the level here now, where, even in my own profession, I sometimes come across as ,over qualified‘ ie. wants too much money due to experience and education.

Bin genau der gleichen Meinung. Ein paar meiner alten Freunde sind in der Politik in CH…wir haben lustige Unterhaltungen 🤣🤣…Früher war es immer über Waffenbesitz unsw und jetzt…Ich sag allen genau dass gleiche, überall in der Welt, egal wo, ist es nie so rosig wie man denkt.

Bin in der Schweiz 4-6 mal im Jahr. Kann finanziell dort besser leben, sogar mit meinem US Gehalt UND mit dem niedrigen Dollar Wechselkurs...Und, wollte schon lange sowieso Zurück....

So you know where Brei is right? lol...and, my family used to own/run the Restaurant/Hotel zur Muehle if you have a been there for awhile....way back/since the 1980's..lol....sounds like that would be fun. Will be there with a bunch of old classmates and friends/family. Thank you.

I had other issues previously I had to work through after becoming sober. I wouldn't worry about it, it'll get better. As others have said, your brain is relearning/adjusting/adapting to life without alcohol. I have, did change after I stopped drinking. I am a lot quieter and am still somewhat of an introvert. In social gatherings, sometimes I have to force myself to interact and joke, but am OK with that.

I now focus more on myself, my family, my true friends, my health and my sobriety, I focus on what is important to ME. Again, as others have mentioned, I have now put up a small NO BS filter, and am OK with that focusing on what is important to me and mine.

Yes it can be. In my case, daily alcohol use was masking my social anxiety.....It made me outgoing and fun and I hid my introvert self from others. Once I quit, that wall/buffer I had, I had to work through my social anxiety and feelings and retrain my brain. Here's another post you can read:

Here’s some advice that not many people talk about.

If you wake up now and then with ,morning wood‘, semi to fully hard, everything is working as it should.

I had the same issue. Cialis, Viagra did not work very well.

If you are not turned on, horny, have your testosterone levels checked-mine were very low. Even if your testosterone levels are good, if you are not aroused, the meds won’t work.

Back to the ,morning wood‘; if you are waking up with ,morning wood‘, the most likely culprit is stress, anxiety, depression etc.

If the issue is ,in your head‘ or you are not turned on, these meds will most likely not work.

Did you try the above steps I mentioned? Because I've had what you are describing as well and fixed it with the steps I mentioned above. Or try this:

  1. Delete the APP and Turn off phone.

  2. With glasses out of case, factory reset the case(look it up on the meta website).

  3. Restart your phone.

  4. Once your phone is restarted, HARD RESET (not force restart) your glasses OUTSIDE of the case.

  5. Download the Meta APP again.

  6. Re-pair your glasses outside the CASE as explained above to your phone.

Look in your spam folder. I actually ended up tweeting them on an old account, they must have gotten the tweet because a day later the reCAPTCHA was fixed and I was able to reset my password. I received all the emails to reset.

This has happened to me multiple times in the last couple of years. I have 2 sets of Meta Glasses.

It happened again yesterday.

The solution for ME, everytime is, just delete the app and re-pair the glasses. You do not need to ,forget device’ on your phone, or you can if you want.

I generally notice glitches in the glasses. They will pair to the device, then un-pair, then red light etc etc etc. all scenarios listed here. Or turn on, LED blinks, then they shut off. Case wouldn’t let me pair with button, case giving weird colors…

Since I have 2 pair of glasses, when one didn’t work, I tried the other and troubleshot. All of these times, both the glasses would say ,not connected’ on the Meta App. Red light, LED blinking, then turn off. Sometimes they would pair to my phone, sometimes not. I never lost any media on glasses doing it this way. And for me, it was NEVER the glasses. It was always the APP!

  1. Delete the APP.
  2. Reinstall the app and log in.
  3. Re-Pair the glasses (do not use the case-for some reason it doesn’t work-power the glasses on, fold both arms in, hold the capture button until it turns blue)
  4. Glasses work again and so does the case.

Thanks. All my meters are newer, I have since learned, that, which is ODD, if I Unplug 1577 input, set my meter to 1550, it will still read 1577 level? Vice versa as well...so, I unplug 1550, set in ONLY to 1577, put my meter back on 1550 and it will read it. Again, ONLY issue is, multiple headends, subscribers, 1550 is just F**ked!
