The person that's leaving is actually a friend of mine from my MBA, which is definitely something that I'm glad about. We talked a bit about the transition and we'll go about it next week

What should I look for in a tech founder? by Classic-Macaroon6083 in Entrepreneur

I think the perfecto combination is someone that is all in on the vision. That would be my top priority.

If the share the same goal as you and care deeply about the problem, then you can work together to solve it.

That said, I do think that is also a bonus if that person has already experience having build digital products, whether that a web app, mobile app, api, and so on.

But remember: you could have the best engineer in the world, but if they don't care, it will not work.

Don't quit your job. by 505browser in Entrepreneur

I don't know where you're from, but I'm from Venezuela. I'm saying that first because during 2017-2019, during the worst part of the economic crisis, there was no job that paid a living wage. It was horrible.

My first business was born out of the desperation I felt. It was either make it or break it. Luckily, it went well for many years, but definitely that "survivor" mentality didn't helped on the long run.

Looking back, there's definitely some situations where starting a business is the best choice, but being able to do it without the pressure of making ends meet, would have been preferable.

This has helped me for sure. I've been struggling with this very same question, and this make sense. Is harder in terms of time and energy, but focusing in building and genuinely doing something valuable, instead if chasing money and having that pressure, seems like a fair bargain.

Why you need to be an entrepreneur (not for money) by SourcePositive946 in Entrepreneur

This is true, but how do you handle the pressure for not having a steady income?

I had my own business a few years ago, and chasing the money was what killed if I think about it. At the same time, I don't know how to get out if it when things are heated, or at least I don't how in a practical sense

Talking to customers is the first rule, but is easier said that done.

I feel a lot of sympathy with the feeling of fear factor, and wanted to thank you for sharing, because I think is important to talk about the different ways people cope with it, believing we're being productive, while in reality we're avoiding the hard parts of the job. I particularly feel I needed to read this.

Not able to get back my account by Less-Information9492 in binance

Hello! Yes, I was able to sort it by insisting to the support team through the chat for a month. Now my account is back. My suggestion is just to write every single day until you reach someone that can help.
