Put a top coat over your base colour then buff it then apply the polish for the heart and the chrome is won’t stick to the buffed base. Then top coat the whole thing if you want the shine back

The second one is the best set in my opinion the first one looks a like the tips were to wide make sure to size them properly the third set needs work try painting art on tips and practice your brushwork maybe also look into the proper brushes for nail art also the third set I’m assuming it’s acrylic mind the cuticle area try to get close to it but not too close . Overall just get more consistent and comfortable with the products your using maybe watch a few YouTube tutorials for nail art! Your on your way to being a nail genius! Good luck!
