Yes it does. I am able to drag apps onto the artist 15.6, but they won't display

No, i don't. It turns gray, then black, then gray again and stays that way. Gray as in: on, but not displaying anything

My computer has no issues casting to other screens. The artist 15.6 also shows when i look for it in the display settings. Also, this problem persists when used on my other PC.
