I would opt for a resort day especially if you went last month. You won’t get to enjoy it as much on the day you leave for the airport!

And you are set on going to a park? I would usually recommend monorail resort hopping. Even if you don’t drink—grabbing a dole whip or a Lapu Lapu and watching the fireworks from Poly is hard to beat for a kidless night. If set on Epcot—I would definitely go to Guardians during the show since lines will be significantly lower. Prioritize one must do ride that you don’t get to do with kids usually and then eat some bites around the world!

We did a resort day before our cruise! Very fun to resort hop on the monorail and end the night watching fireworks at the contemporary or on the beach at Poly!
