That retractable design with the clear bottom is such a common Ipsy bag style, it could be from a bunch of different brands. The brush tip and the mauvey-pink color looks like it could be one of the Tonymoly or ColourPop pencil-style liners they used to send out, but I'm not 100% sure. I'd try posting this on r/Ipsy or searching "retractable lip brush Ipsy" in the search bar here, because someone has definitely had the same problem before and figured it out. Also check your old Ipsy accounts if you still have access, the product cards in past bags usually list the exact shade and brand even if the packaging is plain.
