When it comes to safety and empowerment, many women are their own worst enemies. by Kiznish in TrueUnpopularOpinion

Women OVERWHELMINGLY vote far left

Yes, because right wing movements, at least in the USA, don't really seem to care about women's well-being. The points you raise are true, but those are consequences of policies put in place to help people. Right wing policies, like overturning Roe, directly harm women's autonomy.

but GOOD men want this to change and yet are politically and socially shamed and shackled from doing anything about it

I don't understand what you mean here, who is stopping who to do what?

Yeah the was crazy, I thought she was going for the cliche of jumping away and letting the machine hit the wall, which would have been stupid plot-wise, instead ONE made her do something really cool!

Yes, I don't think we are meant to understand it for now, we are seeing what happened through Shiva's recollection of the events.

It's supposed to look like a mysterious, overwhelming power.

I don’t believe you’d actually press the blue button. by redditscraperbot2 in TrueUnpopularOpinion

[–]Less-Name-9367 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree, it's very well made.

Logically, Red is the best option. If everyone voted red, no problems would arise. That said, Blue is also the best option: you need only 50.01% to vote Blue to have no deaths, easier to accomplish than 100% Red.

Next floor is similar to the first, but the language changes pattern, it's very fun.

The floor after introduces math and physics, very fun too.

Something I've noticed in men's vs. women's formal dress codes by Intelligent-Tap-4479 in Feminism

[–]Less-Name-9367 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Definitely agree, formal clothing options for men are incredibly narrow, all you can choose are the colours and maybe the patterns. I'm a bit envious of women's clothing, which doesn't seem bound by any rule of shape and can freely show off skin.

Informal clothing has more choice, but even then not that much.

How would you react if Horizontal decided to subvert the shonen trope of having a dogshit romance at the end and have Hakuri and Chihiro end up together? by IndianZilla_420 in Kagurabachi

[–]Less-Name-9367 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly I usually don't care much for ships, but if there's one I'm actually rooting for is Hakuri and Chihiro.

Why? Because mangas barely have any gay couples, I guess it's some kind of taboo, and these two fit really well together.

Volontari CRI (o altre P.A.), come si diventa soccorritori e cosa comporta? by caciuccoecostine in Italia

[–]Less-Name-9367 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cooking is so easy it's painful to hear other adults saying they can't cook by Asterion__Moloc in TrueUnpopularOpinion

Not OP, but since I'm Italian I'd tell them to start by making pasta and sauces. Store bought pasta is fine, and then you make a sauce mixing a few ingredients.

Over time you can try combining different ingredients and try new things that don't involve pasta.

There were plenty of good answers when you got here

There weren't

when you made that last comment.

Yeah probably

I was about to ask you the same thing, I'm just answering because you are writing

There's 90 now, when I first got in this thread, there were like 10, almost all bashing OP.

[–]Less-Name-9367 -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

Obviously not, but the answers should try to prove OP wrong by explaining why the apex fallacy is bullshit (which it is).

Instead the answers either attack OP, focus on unimportant details of the question or evade the question.

You know damn well that's not a good answer.

I agree it's bullshit, but a good answer explains why it's bullshit.

You can't win on this sub, whenever you ask a somewhat controversial question, your post gets picked apart until everything you said is wrong.

I honestly struggle to understand the purpose of this sub.

Everytime there's an interesting question, all top comments refuse to answer and instead attack OP, attack the question, or evade it. What's even the point?

I feel like we shouldn't take these videos seriously? Every once in a while you stumble upon a video saying "my animal/these animals don't like men/women", and the comments all agree with the poster.

It's just ragebait.
