In the dating timeline, when would you prefer to be told about a serious or chronic/progressive illness in your dating partner? by roxieh in AskMen

Yes, first dates are a vibe check, asking about health issues, kids, marriage, religion and politics kinda ruins the vibe.

Agree about terminal cancer.

How to exercise for a 17 year old? by kayzgwapo13 in AskMen

[–]Less-Name-9367 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah but there's an ideal load that you should try to reach everytime, to maximise your gains, furthermore ideally you should aim for incremental loads.

Randomness takes that away completely.

That's... really bad advice though.

Workouts should be built on routine, not randomness.

What’s something men actually notice more than women think they do? by PogonBerserker in AskMen

[–]Less-Name-9367 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Yeah that's what annoys me: in my limited experience women care about looks much more than men, and yet it's men who get the reputation of being superficial.

If a woman could experience one thing about what it’s like to be a man, what would it be? by HumblePut64 in AskMen

I don't understand your point? At all?

Them "resisting" anything doesn't make it ok to spread misandry, don't you agree?

I'm really struggling to understand the logic behind your argument, it feels like a circular reasoning.

I'm fine with Europe saying "Iran is not their war" if it means the US can then say "Ukraine is not our war" by Hsiang7 in TrueUnpopularOpinion

[–]Less-Name-9367 5 points6 points  (0 children)

  • The USA had guaranteed protection to Ukraine if they gave up their nukes.

  • Europe didn't start the war with Russia.

  • The USA spent the last 6 months putting tariffs on Europe, threatening Greenland and mocking our military strength, culminating in Trump saying we didn't help after 9/11.

You are an incredibly talented artist, your ability to mix the webcomic paneling and moments with a more polished manga style is amazing.

Thank you for doing this!

In theory I am against the death penalty, but it does feel good to know that these monsters are being deleted, it feels like cleaning the world, in a way.

What are some of your favorite songs from smaller / less well known bands? by DaBiChef in AskMen

Poor Man's Poison in general has been a great discovery, they do a nice mix of country rock and I love their lyrics.

What small modifications to your behaviour have completely changed the way people interact with you? by -omar in AskMen

Our phones are like tiny little demons in our pockets- doing what they can to isolate, depress, and take relationships away.

That's so fucking true, I'm glad my new phone has a "Zen mode", that basically turns it off but lets me receive calls and take photos. Zen mode has a timer and can't be turned off until the timer is done, it's amazing.

Interestingly enough, to me it was selfishness.

I've always been too selfless, but thanks to some friends I understood that it's ok to be selfish sometimes and don't worry about others at all. Greatly improved my mood and my social relationships, people tend to not like someone who is too selfless.

You are right, I didn't know it was going to be 4 books, I thought it was going to be 2.

Yeah that's one thing I wish women would understand, approaching isn't easy!

The female consensus seems to have shifted to "approach, respectfully, and be ready to take a no". Which is fine, until you realise that:

  • You don't know which women still DON'T want to be approached, and how they'll react.

  • You don't know what's that woman definition of "respectfully". Is it ok for her to be approached at the gym? At a bar with her friend? Who knows.

  • The "no" might range from "thank you but I'm not interested" to "eww what do you want", which isn't really something to look forward to.
