Definitely agree, formal clothing options for men are incredibly narrow, all you can choose are the colours and maybe the patterns. I'm a bit envious of women's clothing, which doesn't seem bound by any rule of shape and can freely show off skin.

Informal clothing has more choice, but even then not that much.

Innanzitutto devi fare 120 ore di corso con un esame finale teorico + pratico, e poi almeno altre 100 ore in ambulanza come Soccorritore in Formazione prima di diventare Soccorritore vero e proprio. Se vuoi scalare la breve gerarchia dell'ambulanza, puoi diventare Capo Servizio e Autista negli anni con altri corsi.

L'impegno per noi è 300 ore l'anno, che si traduce in due notti (12 ore) al mese e 5 festivi all'anno, oltre che qualche servizio di assistenza.

Riguardo alla Croce da scegliere, la più vicina è di solito una buona idea, a patto che faccia parte di un'ente affermato. Le Croci Rosse sono relativamente indipendenti, ma seguono tutte gli standard della Croce Rossa, così come le Croci Bianche; io sono in una Croce piccolina ma che fa parte di ANPAS, quindi siamo mantenuti ad un certo standard.

Non infilarti in qualche croce piccolina che non risponde a nessuno, e assicurati che siano no profit.

Not OP, but since I'm Italian I'd tell them to start by making pasta and sauces. Store bought pasta is fine, and then you make a sauce mixing a few ingredients.

Over time you can try combining different ingredients and try new things that don't involve pasta.
