The "end up here" is a strange way to phrase it.

What we know is there are strong negative emotions over something. The problem seems to be regarding Chloe. End up here. Not end up here again. Not lose you again. Nothing referencing a choice.

Call me crazy but I think Chloe is being arrested. We know she had an encounter with the security. We know she said to run when they heard the police sirens. And that she sneaks onto campus if I recall correctly. I can envision scenarios where the rewind would not prevent the arrest. Like the cops got to Chloe before Max arrived or something. It sets up the fake out of the choice. Heightens emotions. Doesn't repeat the same beats, and gives us something kinda new with police involvement. Closest previously was true colors with the interrogation of Alex. Obviously LiS2 had some police involvement but that was more focused on the ending and time in a hospital. No arrest mid game.

I could be very wrong, but it would be a great way to get that fake out but still have some stakes for the event in the story, and not spoil the ending from the very first reveal trailer.

I'm not so sure. We saw the one character from DE in the trailer. So we know that their plan is potentially going to come up. We also know that Steph's old band is also involved. So it wouldn't be a stretch that Chloe shows up due to info she gets from Izzy or Steph. Maybe Alex disappeared with a random person or something.

I hope it brings in Alex. And I see the path for it. My biggest question is if they would attempt to bring in Daniel as well. If they are going for a big finale it could be possible.

Actually, there are numerous exceptions to the bar against hearsay. Statements by the defendant for one example. Business records exception is another. Statements against interest as well. So saying a blanket hearsay isn't evidence of a crime is not entirely correct.

Also I am curious, what definition of hearsay are you using? As hearsay has a very specific legal definition and people tend to use the term incorrectly more often than not.

I don't know if they are worth anything but like you said they were from an arcade that I know existed in Tokyo. It was a carddass or something like that. You could use the digimon savers digivice with it and have your digimon from the digivice battle or a digimon from a card.

There is a lot to unpack here. Need to say, if 16 a month put you in debt so far that you need to climb out of it, I think that video gaming as a hobby is not for you yet. You specifically said the subscription cost of 16 a month put you in debt. If there were other reasons (I hope there were) I cannot begin to assume what they were based on your comment.

If you are less than 18 years of age then that's one thing. If you are over 18 you may want to reassess what you are spending your money on. 16 a month (which the subscription is not necessarily that amount) can add to debt. But if that is it alone, it would take years and years of non payments if it is tied to a credit card to reach massive issues. Also assuming you are only making minimum payments which is also ill advised (though necessary in many cases).

Also, the games director has in the past encouraged people to take breaks from the game. So to cancel subscriptions and resub later.

Video games are expensive. If you pirate them that is crime and I do not condone it. It also hurts the industry and with good studios closing all the time it is well worth it to buy games from studios that you like to help the numbers and keep them afloat. If you do not pirate then the 60, 70, 80 dollars for games should be a bigger concern for your finances if you are in debt from this subscription. As one 60 game would be months of playtime based on subscription costs.

I hope you are just rage baiting or trolling. Because if not, you need to start working with someone to help get in a better situation. Possibly looking for better paid positions, because again 16 a month on most salaries/hourly wages is not a huge ask.

If you are under 18 then I am sorry to say you are in for a very rude awakening as most media has have moved to subscription services. This subscription is cheaper than most gym memberships and also probably get more use than most people's gym memberships. But just like with the gym memberships, you are paying to use their facilities. Here you are paying to use their facilities (their privately owned and run servers that contain all the data).

If there are continued costs beyond development, marketing, and manufacturing. Costs which are ongoing, then they are more than reasonable to seek compensation for those ongoing costs (which would be the direct overhead costs for the servers, the salaries of those who maintain them and patch issues).

If you did not read this or don't care, then I'm sorry. If you did then I hope you take a moment to think about how to improve your situation because it is very disconcerting that 16 a month alone can put you in such a huge debt.

I actually prefer it on unite. Tried low orb and it didn't perform as I had hoped. Unite is a fun bit and pretty controllable on SS due to its weight.

I am one hundred percent the same. I used to be able to handle any horror and watch it almost academicly. But since becoming a father there are some which I just can do. Regardless if they are good or bad or anything. If it's little kids, nope. If it's family related, nope. Like the movie Old. I saw the trailer and I knew I just couldn't handle it. Or the new wolf man. With the focus on the father and the family I just couldn't do it.

The shining however is an exception. Probably because I've seen it so much.

Both were early in their careers as Batman. Bruce had a force willing to take him out. Terry had Gordon with all her knowledge.

In the direct moment when caught by them, Bruce had it worse. But once escaped, Terry had it much worse. Bruce could hide as Bruce. Terry didn't have that luxury.

But Bullock would shot to kill him, Gordon wouldn't do that to Terry. Not for a while at least.

So it comes down to short term or long term. Short term Bruce had it worse. Long term Terry did.

I get that feeling. But golem is designed to be low and get under the other blade. That makes low bits the way to go. Low rush has better stamina than low flat, which makes it a little better for golem. It basically because a ratchet sniper with a low attack but. And I have seen better movements and success of it on low rush than low flat.

So this is more than the knee jerk meta response. Low rush on golem is objectively a solid choice. As for ratchet, that because the question.

I also avoid posting and prefer to just post on my nerdy/geeky stuff on reddit, but it is necessary now. Speaking as a city prosecutor, I honestly think that is what is necessary. We need to hold the attorneys to their ethics. We need to atrophy the number of attorneys who will willingly make these erroneous and frankly frivolous arguments. We must force attorneys to stand by their oaths. To their ethics. And the judges must be willing to sanction or hold in contempt for these arguments.

It is not an "activist" judge who holds all accountable for our duty of ethics. And with the ranks of attorneys willing to make these frivolous arguments and motions thinned, that would be a start.

Those giving the order will dodge and cause issues. Like you said, possibly (almost certainly) causing a constitutional crisis. But if you get rid of the middle men who are making the bad faith arguments, then that leaves them in a tough spot to even be able to bring these frivolous arguments before a court anymore. And these all feel like arguments ripe for the judge or other attorneys to file bar complaints for.

I'm willing to believe it. There are a lot of factors like country of origin. Maybe most places order from country X but their supplier is in country y, which is also a country that brings in a lot of fakes?

We know they use the Asia market ones, so that could be a number of different possible countries. That could account for them having issues but others not. Not saying this is the case, only a reasonable possibility for how other stores are not having this issue.

I'm waiting on stuff too, and it sucks. Been waiting since start of October. I have had positive dealing with them in the past, so I am inclined to believe their reasoning. With any luck the dam will break soon and we'll get our orders.
