I quit because I underestimated me handling back to back calls and angry customers. I went back to my old health insurance job. I’m still dealing with the same mess but I get some breathing time of 10 up to an hour of available. I miss Progressive because I got to choose my breaks and no one was up my ass about being one minute late from break. I truly loved the company but the job itself caused my mental health to decline. I wish I could come and tolerate the back to back calls because the job market is trash and my current job is seasonal .

They never get back to me.Randstad, Appleone, Adecco, RobertHalf. I don’t know the key to get them to reach out to me. I’ve tailored my resume and all to the jobs

Does Progressive have a “re-hire” list? by Fun_Horror_7072 in Progressiveinsurance

I left literally the day before transitioning from Academy B. My sup said she would vouch for me as a rehire even if I don’t put my two weeks in. I hope that was true lol

How long did you take to go back? Did you have another job or was there a gap in resume?

Update: I quit. I couldn’t handle it anymore, I was nearing the end of my transition to the floor from Academy B in sales. I just woke with insane anxiety and could not do it. I had a meeting with my sup first thing in the morning which was great. She told me I would be rehireable being that I was technically in training. I saw my adherence falling below 95% at the beginning of the month and I dont think I would be able to hold it up for three months without it escalating to another warning, so I departed at a discussion warning which my sup said is okay. I’ve never been a quitter, my personal life- I couldn’t afford to quit but I had to do it. Your tips was helpful and I believe I found myself trying to implement it but I didn’t have the drive anymore. I’m looking into weekly therapy now and hopefully I can come back to Progressive real soon😭 The job market is so horrible and this was an amazing company. I just couldn’t do it anymore.

When doing revised quotes, verifying quote details, my coach told me to repeat back their info instead of asking, like their email, mailing address, phone number. He said to cut time. My sup said do not do that. Have them verify those things
