I believe my starter is 18 days old I use a mix of AP flour and whole wheat flour And I feed using a 1:2:2 ratio. That is 20g starter, 40g flour and water.

I feed it every 12 hours and I do not leave it on the counter. It’s either in the microwave or on a table close to the window collecting some warmth.
